Booking Policy: 

• A 50% NON REFUNDABLE retainer fee is REQUIRED upon booking. 

• By booking an appointment with me you understand that skin irritation/rash may occur. 2 weeks prior to your appointment you can NOT use any products such as Accutane or any products containing Retinol, Retin-A, Tretinoin, or Alpha Hydroxy Acids because skin may be more susceptible to lifting. I am not able to complete services if you have been sunburnt  or tanning in the last 72 hours. (3 days)

• Only one person can be in the room at a time, unless both are being waxed. 

• You must have at least 2 ½ inches of hair growth or services cannot be complete (size of rice grain).

• The remaining balance is due in CASH  (please have exact change).

• Please come freshly washed, odor-less, and free of any moisture. 

• It is highly recommended that you do not go to the gym after a wax. It causes friction and makes skin more prone to clogged pores.

Cancellations:

• You must cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours. 

• Failure to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours will result in 100% of the service cost being charged to the card on file. (Same say rescheduling is the same thing as a same day cancellation.)

• There is a 10 minute grace period after your appointment. A $20 late fee will be applied to your remaining balance. Please inform me if you are running behind (if applicable). 

• After 10 minutes you may have to reschedule and you may be billed for your services in full. 

• No Call/No Show will be billed for full amount of service(s) and blocked, no exceptions.

• By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms listed above. A credit card must be kept on file.
